Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Opened bags should be sealed to maintain freshness.
Directions for use
1. Measure eggs and water into mixing bowl
2. Add Edlyn Classic Sponge Cake Mix
3. Using whisk, mix on speed 1 for 1 minute and scrape down sides
4. Mix on speed 3 for 6 – 10 minutes
Note: Bake time and temperature will vary with different ovens and pan sizes. As a suggested guide cook at 180 – 190 degrees celsuis for 20 – 25 min.
