Terms & Conditions

In our sole and absolute discretion, we reserve the right to approve or deny ANY Affiliate Program Registration. For the denial of your Affiliate Program Registration, you will have no legal recourse against us.

Although an affiliate link is generated automatically, you can also create one for a single product or collection. If a customer clicks on someone else's affiliate link and afterwards clicks on yours, your link is the one that counts.

On the dashboard, affiliates may or may not be assigned a discount code, with its specific conditions and usage clarified.

You will not receive a double commission if a customer clicks on your affiliate link and then uses your coupon code.

If you have not been assigned a branded coupon, you are not authorized to advertise one.

Affiliates may also promote the merchant's website on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as in print publications such as magazines and newspapers.

If you refer a customer to our website and they place an eligible order, you will be paid a commission according to the applicable commission structure.

The standard affiliate commission is 10% of the eligible product amount paid by the customer, including GST but excluding shipping charges and other non-product fees.

Where a customer receives an applicable product discount, the commission is calculated on the discounted eligible product amount actually paid.

Commission approval

Commissions are approved 30 days after an order has been successfully completed and paid for.

Payments will be made only for transactions that have been completed successfully.

The Affiliate Program is regulated by a fair usage policy, which allows the merchant to examine each and every conversion.

Transactions that result in cancellations, refunds, fraudulent activity or chargebacks are not eligible for commission payment.

Minimum payout and payment schedule

Approved commissions are paid weekly. A minimum available balance of $50 AUD in approved commissions is required before a payout can be requested.

Available payment methods

Affiliates may receive their approved commissions through one of the following methods:

• Australian bank transfer (EFT): Payment to your nominated Australian bank account.
• PayPal: Payment to your nominated PayPal account.
• Fun Foods Direct store coupon: Approved commission issued as a store coupon for eligible purchases at Fun Foods Direct.

Each payout is made using one approved payment method. Affiliates are not entitled to receive multiple payments for the same commission.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date payment details in your affiliate account settings or through the applicable payout process to receive your commission.

Commission tracking

The status of commissions is displayed in the Conversions tab of your affiliate dashboard.

Paid commissions will be listed in the Payouts tab.

Through the Marketing Resources tab, we may share promotional media with you, such as a banner, logo, or a specific collection promotion.

To distribute these materials on affiliate channels, you may either download the media or acquire the HTML embed code.

Affiliates must ensure their use of supplied promotional materials complies with these Terms and Conditions.

If the Network tab is enabled, affiliates can ask others to become their downline affiliates.

If a downline affiliate successfully refers an order for the merchant store, the upline affiliate will receive a network commission based on the merchant's settings.

Share the network link with other affiliates to invite them to join the network, and each affiliate who clicks on the link and registers will become a downline affiliate.

We track customers who click on your affiliate link using cookies. Customers must permit the necessary cookies for referral activity to be tracked.

We cannot reliably track a user who does not allow cookies or who clears their cookies. Accordingly, we cannot pay rewards for activity that cannot be attributed to an affiliate.

Seven-day referral cookie

The standard affiliate referral cookie duration is seven days.

When a customer clicks an affiliate's referral link, they have seven days to make an initial qualifying purchase for the referral to be attributed to that affiliate.

During the cookie period, eligible purchases made by the customer may generate commission for the affiliate, subject to the program's tracking and attribution rules.

Lifetime customer attribution

Once a customer has made a qualifying purchase and has been successfully attributed to an affiliate account, lifetime customer attribution may apply.

Under lifetime attribution, qualifying future purchases made by that customer can continue generating commission for the attributed affiliate, even after the original seven-day cookie has expired.

Lifetime commissions remain subject to the affiliate platform's tracking, customer attribution and eligibility rules.

To maintain a fair and transparent affiliate program, affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Use spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading communication.
• Misrepresent your relationship with Fun Foods Direct.
• Host or promote illegal or offensive content.
• Use cookie stuffing or any fraudulent tracking method.
• Purchase products through your own affiliate link.

Paid Search & Traffic Diversion Policy

You agree not to:

• Bid on our brand, store or domain name, including variations or misspellings, on search engines.
• Run advertisements pretending to officially represent Fun Foods Direct.
• Direct paid advertisements to our website or use our domain as a display URL.
• Capture or divert our organic search traffic using paid advertisements.

If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they may submit a request by email to:

Product samples may be requested by affiliates who have already been approved to participate in the Fun Foods Direct Affiliate Program.

All sample requests are subject to review and approval by Fun Foods Direct.

Approval of affiliate membership does not guarantee approval of product sample requests.

Sample quantities, product selection, availability and any applicable delivery arrangements are determined by Fun Foods Direct.

Samples are intended to assist affiliates with genuine product reviews, demonstrations and promotional content.

Where an affiliate is assigned a customer discount code, the standard affiliate customer discount is 10% on eligible products.

Discount codes are subject to their applicable conditions, product eligibility and any exclusions specified by Fun Foods Direct.

Affiliates must only advertise discount codes assigned or authorised by Fun Foods Direct.

Using an affiliate link and an assigned discount code together does not generate duplicate commissions.

Direct fulfilment or other specialised order fulfilment arrangements are not automatically included as part of the Affiliate Program.

Affiliates seeking such arrangements should contact Fun Foods Direct to discuss their specific requirements.

Any arrangement must be separately agreed upon by Fun Foods Direct.
