At Fun Foods Direct, we understand that receiving your order on time is important. We work hard to dispatch orders quickly and partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.To provide additional peace of mind, we offer our Delivery Guarantee on eligible orders.
Our Delivery Guarantee
If your order is not delivered on or before the latest estimated delivery date displayed at checkout, you may be eligible to receive a store credit voucher as a gesture of goodwill.Our goal is to ensure a positive shopping experience and reward customers when delivery expectations are not met.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a delivery guarantee claim:
- The order must have been dispatched within our advertised processing timeframe.
- The delivery address supplied must be complete and accurate.
- The order must have exceeded the latest estimated delivery date displayed on the product page.
- The claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Tracking information must confirm the delay.
Exclusions
The Delivery Guarantee does not apply where delays occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Australia Post or courier network delays.
- Extreme weather events.
- Natural disasters.
- Floods, bushfires, storms or other emergency situations.
- Industrial action or transport disruptions.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
- Failed delivery attempts.
- Customer requested delivery changes.
- Orders requiring additional verification.
- Remote or regional delivery locations.
- Events beyond the reasonable control of Fun Foods Direct.
Dispatch Information
Estimated delivery dates are calculated using carrier estimates and historical delivery performance. While we aim to meet or exceed these estimates, delivery timeframes are not guaranteed by carriers and may occasionally vary.Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during peak periods may require additional processing time.
Store Credit Conditions
- Store credits are issued as voucher codes.
- Store credits are not redeemable for cash.
- Store credits are non-transferable.
- One claim may be approved per order.
- Store credits must be used within the validity period specified on the voucher (3 months).
- Fun Foods Direct reserves the right to refuse claims that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
How To Make A Claim
If you believe your order qualifies under our Delivery Guarantee:
- Contact our customer service team.
- Provide your order number.
- Provide details of the delivery delay.
- Our team will review the tracking information.
- If approved, your store credit voucher will be issued via email.
