Rewards & Membership Terms
These terms apply to the Fun Foods Direct Rewards Program, including Fun Points, membership tiers, reward activities, discounts and other member benefits offered from time to time.

About the Rewards Program
The Fun Foods Direct Rewards Program is a promotional loyalty program provided by Fun Foods Direct to reward eligible registered customers for purchases and selected activities.
By joining, earning or redeeming Fun Points, you agree to these Rewards & Membership Terms together with any additional terms displayed for a particular reward, promotion, membership tier or offer.
1. Membership & Eligibility
Participation in the Rewards Program requires an eligible registered Fun Foods Direct customer account.
- Membership is linked to your individual customer account.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
- Points and rewards cannot generally be transferred between customer accounts.
- Fun Foods Direct may limit participation where multiple or duplicate accounts are created by the same customer.
- Some rewards, promotions or benefits may have additional eligibility requirements.
2. Earning Fun Points
Fun Points may be earned through eligible purchases and other approved activities displayed through the Rewards Program.
Earning opportunities may include purchases, account registration, social engagement, reviews, promotional activities, member anniversaries and other activities made available by Fun Foods Direct from time to time.
The number of points awarded for each activity, purchase or membership tier is the rate displayed by Fun Foods Direct at the time the eligible activity is completed.

The equivalent reward rates above are based on the current redemption rate of 100 Fun Points = $1 AUD. They represent the promotional redemption value of points earned on eligible spending, not a cash rebate.
- Points are generally calculated on eligible product value.
- Shipping charges and taxes may be excluded from point calculations.
- Discounts, vouchers and promotional adjustments may reduce the eligible order value used to calculate points.
- Some products, orders, customers or promotions may be excluded from earning points.
- Certain earning activities may only be completed once or may have frequency limits.
- Points may take time to appear in your account after an eligible activity or purchase.
- Points may be rounded down where a transaction does not result in a whole-point amount.
3. Membership Tiers
Fun Foods Direct operates different Rewards membership tiers, including Bronze, Silver, Gold and VIP. Each tier may have different earning rates, discounts, rewards and benefits.
Bronze membership is available to eligible registered customers. Silver and Gold membership are earned through applicable Rewards Program qualification requirements. VIP is a separate paid membership tier.

Tier thresholds, earning rates, qualification requirements and benefits may be changed, replaced or withdrawn in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
4. Fun Points Expire After 12 Months
Fun Points expire 12 months (1 year) from the date the individual points are added to your Rewards account.
Points earned on different dates may have different expiry dates. For example, points added on 1 October 2026 will expire on 1 October 2027 if they have not been redeemed.
Once points expire, they are removed from the account and cannot ordinarily be reinstated. Members are responsible for monitoring their available points and redeeming them before expiry.
5. Redeeming Fun Points
Available Fun Points may be redeemed for eligible discounts through the Fun Foods Direct Rewards Program.
Current redemption rate: 100 Fun Points = $1 AUD.
This means that 1,000 Fun Points have a promotional redemption value of $10 towards eligible purchases.
- You must be signed in to the applicable Rewards account to redeem points.
- Rewards are subject to availability and any applicable minimum redemption requirements.
- The number of points that can be redeemed in a transaction may be subject to minimums, maximums or redemption increments.
- Product, order or promotional exclusions may apply.
- Rewards may not be combined with certain discount codes or promotional offers.
- Fun Points cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Fun Points have no cash value outside the Rewards Program.
- Rewards cannot generally be transferred, sold or exchanged between members.
The Rewards Program interface will display the rewards available to the member at the time of redemption.
6. Cancelled, Refunded & Returned Orders
If an order is cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, returned, reversed or otherwise adjusted, any Fun Points earned in connection with the affected amount may be removed or adjusted accordingly.
This includes orders cancelled by the customer or Fun Foods Direct, subject to applicable law.
Where a partial refund is issued, the corresponding proportion of points may be deducted from the member's Rewards balance.
If points earned from an order have already been redeemed before the order is refunded or cancelled, Fun Foods Direct may adjust the member's remaining Rewards balance or future points to account for the reversal.
Where a reward discount was applied to an order that is subsequently refunded or cancelled, any reinstatement of redeemed points will depend on the circumstances, the Rewards Program settings and applicable law.
7. Point & Reward Value
Understand the promotional value of your Fun Points.
Fun Points are promotional loyalty points and are not money, legal tender or a cash balance. They can be redeemed for eligible discounts within the Fun Foods Direct Rewards Program.
The current redemption rate is 100 Fun Points = $1 AUD.
Fun Foods Direct may change point earning rates, redemption rates, reward values, minimum redemption requirements, tier benefits and other Rewards Program settings in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
Any revised redemption rate will be displayed through the Rewards Program or other relevant customer communications.
8. Bonus & Engagement Rewards
From time to time, Fun Foods Direct may offer additional points for activities such as signing up, following social media accounts, participating in promotions, leaving eligible reviews, visiting selected pages or completing other engagement activities.
Each activity may have its own conditions, limits and eligibility requirements. Some activities may only earn points once per member, account, household or other specified period.
Fun Foods Direct may add, change, pause or discontinue an earning activity or promotional reward in accordance with applicable law.
9. Reviews & Social Activities
Where points are offered for a review, social-media activity or other engagement, points are provided for completing the eligible activity and not for providing a positive opinion.
Reviews must reflect the customer's genuine experience. Fun Foods Direct does not require a positive review as a condition of receiving points where a review reward is offered.
Fraudulent, duplicate, misleading, automated or otherwise ineligible activity will not qualify for points.
Any review incentive must also comply with the applicable review platform's policies. Where required, customers must disclose that an incentive was received for submitting a review.
10. VIP Membership
VIP is a paid membership tier that may provide additional benefits such as increased point earning rates, member discounts, reduced free-shipping thresholds, priority handling and selected promotional benefits.
The current advertised VIP earning rate is 5 Fun Points per $1 of eligible spending, equivalent to a promotional reward value of 5% at the current redemption rate.
VIP benefits are subject to eligibility, availability, product exclusions and any additional VIP membership conditions displayed at the time of purchase or renewal.
Purchasing VIP membership does not convert Fun Points into cash and does not guarantee that every product, order, promotion or service will qualify for every VIP benefit.
11. Misuse, Fraud & Account Adjustments
Fun Foods Direct may investigate Rewards accounts where we reasonably suspect misuse, manipulation, fraud or activity inconsistent with the intended operation of the Rewards Program.
This may include, without limitation:
- Creating duplicate accounts to repeatedly obtain one-time rewards.
- Manipulating purchases, cancellations or refunds to generate points.
- Submitting false or duplicate reward activities.
- Automated or fraudulent engagement.
- Selling, transferring or attempting to exchange points or rewards.
- Providing false information to obtain Rewards benefits.
Where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the program, Fun Foods Direct may withhold, reverse or correct points or rewards, suspend participation, or close a Rewards account where misuse or fraud has occurred.
12. Changes to the Rewards Program
Fun Foods Direct may change, pause, replace or discontinue all or part of the Rewards Program from time to time, subject to applicable law.
This may include changes to:
- The number of points earned per dollar spent.
- The value or redemption rate of Fun Points.
- Membership tiers and qualification thresholds.
- Tier benefits, discounts and vouchers.
- Ways to earn points.
- Bonus-point and engagement activities.
- Eligible products, purchases or customers.
- Free-shipping thresholds and other member benefits.
- Reward availability and redemption requirements.
Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting existing points or benefits will be communicated in advance through our website, Rewards Program interface, member account or other reasonable means.
Changes will not exclude, restrict or modify rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Program Suspension or Termination
Fun Foods Direct may pause, suspend or discontinue the Rewards Program or any part of it, subject to applicable law.
If the Rewards Program is discontinued, we may provide members with a reasonable period to redeem eligible existing points where reasonably practicable, subject to these terms and applicable law.
Temporary technical issues, maintenance, system changes or circumstances outside our reasonable control may also affect the availability of earning or redemption functions.
14. Errors & Point Corrections
Fun Foods Direct may correct a Rewards balance where points have been credited or deducted incorrectly due to a technical, administrative, calculation or transaction error.
If you believe your Rewards balance is incorrect, please contact us with your account details and relevant order information so that we can review the transaction.
15. Closing Your Account
If your customer or Rewards account is closed, any unused Fun Points, rewards or unredeemed promotional benefits associated with that account may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.
We recommend redeeming eligible points before requesting closure of your account.
16. General
These Rewards & Membership Terms should be read together with the Fun Foods Direct Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms applicable to a reward or offer.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If there is an inconsistency between these terms and the specific conditions of a promotion or reward, the specific conditions will apply to that promotion or reward to the extent of the inconsistency and as permitted by law.
Rewards Terms FAQ
How much are Fun Points worth?
The current redemption rate is 100 Fun Points = $1 AUD. For example, 500 points are worth $5, 1,000 points are worth $10, and 5,000 points are worth $50 in eligible promotional discounts.
How many points do I earn per dollar spent?
Bronze members earn 1 point per $1, Silver members earn 2 points per $1, Gold members earn 3 points per $1, and VIP members earn 5 points per $1 on eligible spending.
How much are points worth on a $1,000 purchase?
On $1,000 of eligible spending, Bronze members would earn 1,000 points worth $10, Silver members 2,000 points worth $20, Gold members 3,000 points worth $30, and VIP members 5,000 points worth $50. Actual points may vary depending on discounts and exclusions.
When do my Fun Points expire?
Each allocation of Fun Points expires 12 months after the date those points are added to your Rewards account.
What happens to my points if I cancel an order?
Points earned from a cancelled order may be removed from your Rewards account. Points may also be adjusted following refunds, partial refunds and returns.
Can Fun Foods Direct change how many points I earn?
Yes. Point earning rates, redemption values, membership tiers, earning activities and other Rewards Program benefits may change from time to time, subject to applicable law.
Can an earning activity be removed?
Yes. Promotional and engagement activities may be added, changed, paused or discontinued. Refer to the Rewards Program for the currently available ways to earn.
Can I exchange my Fun Points for cash?
No. Fun Points are promotional loyalty points and cannot be exchanged for cash. Their value is limited to eligible Rewards Program redemptions.
Can the Rewards Program be cancelled?
Fun Foods Direct may pause, change or discontinue the Rewards Program. Where reasonably practicable, members may be provided with an opportunity to redeem eligible existing points before the program closes, subject to applicable law.
