Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12
  • Express Shipping: $18
  • Some heavy & bulky items have addtional charges

Bulky items such as bubble wrap, foam products, large packaging items and oversized goods may incur an additional shipping surcharge due to their size and weight.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes shown on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Order volume
  • Stock availability
  • Courier delays
  • Weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Delivery location

If your order is urgent, please email us after placing your order so we can prioritise dispatch where possible.

Same Day Delivery

We offer same day local delivery in selected areas depending on distance and availability.

Same day delivery availability and pricing will depend on:

Click & Collect – 24/7 Parcel Lockers (St Marys)

We offer free 24/7 Click & Collect from our warehouse in St Marys NSW using our secure parcel lockers.

This allows you to collect your order any time of the day or night, unlike traditional click & collect services that are restricted to business hours.

How Click & Collect Works

Step 1: Place your order online and select Click & Collect
Step 2: Once your order is ready, you will receive a message with your locker number, instructions, and PIN code
Step 3: Visit our warehouse and collect your order any time 24/7

Please ensure orders are collected within 48 hours of being placed in the locker. If you are unable to collect within this time, please contact us.

This service is free, quick, easy, contactless and available 24/7.

Damage in Transit & Shipping Insurance

All orders are packed carefully to minimise damage during transit. However, once an order has been dispatched, it is handled by third-party couriers.

Customers may have the option to select shipping insurance at checkout.


If shipping insurance is selected:

  • We will assist with claims
  • Replacement or refund may be provided depending on the courier claim outcome

If shipping insurance is NOT selected:

  • Fun Foods Direct will not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged parcels
  • Any claims must be made directly with the courier
  • We will still assist where possible, but responsibility lies with the courier

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the parcel and products
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Keep all packaging materials

Stock Availability

We aim to keep stock levels on our website as accurate as possible. However, occasionally stock may become unavailable after an order is placed.

If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to:

  • Offer a replacement product
  • Provide a refund
  • Provide a revised dispatch time
