Empty the full 1.5kg yoghurt base and the matching 300g flavour booster into a clean, food-grade mixing container.

Add 3.5L cold water and whisk thoroughly until the powders are evenly blended into the liquid. Follow any additional directions on the packs.

Rest for 10 minutes
Allow the prepared mixture to stand for 10 minutes before processing. Keep your pack directions and your equipment’s preparation requirements to hand.
