Directions

Mix the donut powder and water on low speed for 1 minute. (1KG of donut mix with 500ML of water)
Increase to medium speed and mix for 1 minute.
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes before frying.
Fry at 190°C for golden, delicious donuts.

Pro Tip: For best results, adjust the water temperature to achieve a batter temperature of 20°C-22°C.
