Thickshakes with a Blender

  • Ingredients
    200g ice
  • 125ml water
  • 100g Thickshake Base (add last)
  • 30ml flavoured syrup

Method

  1. Add ice and water to the blender.
  2. Add flavoured syrup.
  3. Add the Thickshake Base last.
  4. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Garnish and serve.

Milkshake Variation

For a thinner milkshake consistency use 175g ice and 150ml water instead.

Thickshakes with a Thickshake Machine

Method

  1. In a mixing bucket, combine 3.5 litres of water with 1.5kg Thickshake Base.
  2. Whisk for 45 seconds until fully dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into your thickshake machine and serve as required.

Using Soft Serve Machine for Thickshakes

Ingredients

  • 250g soft serve mix
  • 150ml milk
  • 30ml flavoured syrup

Method

  1. Mix the soft serve powder, milk and syrup in a large cup.
  2. Blend or mix using a hand-held blender or milkshake maker.
  3. Adjust the amount of soft serve mix for a thicker or thinner shake.
  4. Serve immediately.

Frappe Beverages with a Blender

Ingredients

  • 90g Frappe Base
  • 150ml water
  • 150g ice
  • Optional: Double shot espresso or flavoured syrup

Method

  1. Add frappe base, water and ice to the blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Add espresso or syrup if desired.
  4. Pour into a glass, garnish and serve.

Pro Tips for Flavour Variations

Use 2 litres of water and 2 litres of whole milk per sachet for a richer, creamier mix.
