Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $12 for standard shipping and $18 for express shipping Australia wide. We also offer same day local delivery if you are located within range. Bulky items do incur an additional surcharge and calculated in the checkout.
Standard shipping is approximately 3β10 working days and express shipping is 1β4 working days. Please note delays may occur outside of our control. For updated delivery timeframes please view these on the product page.
Yes, we ship Australia wide.
Yes, we offer same day local delivery for customers located within our delivery area through Uber. Please contact us if your order is urgent.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times are controlled by the courier. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist.
In the rare case this happens, please contact us straight away and we will have it sorted for you as soon as possible.
Click & Collect
Yes, we offer pickup from our warehouse in St Marys NSW. You can select Click & Collect at checkout.
Yes. We offer free 24/7 Click & Collect from our parcel lockers located outside our warehouse. This allows you to collect your order any time of the day or night.

Step 2: You will receive a message with your locker number within 24 hours with instructions and a pin code
Step 3: Collect your order any time, day or night
Please note orders must be collected within 7 days. If you cannot collect within this time, please contact us.

Products & Returns
We offer a 7 day return policy for unused items. The buyer is responsible for return shipping for change of mind purchases. Shipping costs are not refunded, only the cost of the items. Food items must be unopened.
Many of our products are locally made in Australia and we proudly use Australian ingredients where possible, including 100% Australian sugar and Australian grown corn for our popcorn.
Yes, all food products have expiry or best before dates listed on the packaging.
Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Yes, we supply businesses, events, parties and home users.
Yes, our products are designed to work with commercial & at home machines. They are commonly used in cafes, party hire businesses, cinemas, events and home machines. If you are unsure whether our product will work with your machine, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Yes, we offer private label products for businesses looking to sell under their own brand. This includes slush syrups, snow cone syrups and other fun food products. Minimum order quantities may apply. Please contact us to discuss private label options and pricing.
