How Click & Collect Works
Order online and select Click & Collect at checkout.
We'll prepare your order and notify you once it is ready for collection.
Your ready notification will include your locker number, PIN and collection instructions.
Visit our St Marys location and collect your order from the allocated locker.

Do not attend for collection until you have received your ready-for-collection notification. An order confirmation does not mean your order has been placed into a locker.
Collect Within 48 Hours
Please collect your order within 48 hours of receiving your ready-for-collection notification.
If you cannot collect within this timeframe, contact our team as soon as possible so we can advise whether alternative arrangements are available.

Large or Oversized Orders
Some bulky, heavy or high-volume orders may not fit safely into our parcel lockers. If your order requires an alternative collection arrangement, our team will contact you with further instructions.
Locker Security
Each locker collection is issued with specific collection details and a PIN. Please keep this information secure and do not share it unless another authorised person will be collecting the order on your behalf.
Fun Foods Direct may request additional information or verification where we reasonably believe there is a security or collection issue.
Can Someone Else Collect My Order?
Yes. You may provide your locker number, PIN and collection instructions to another trusted person if you would like them to collect the order for you.
Once you share your collection PIN, you are responsible for ensuring it is only provided to the person you have authorised to collect your order.
Collection Location
Your exact collection instructions will be provided in your ready-for-collection notification. Please follow those instructions when arriving at the site.

Is Click & Collect free?
Yes. There is no standard collection fee for our St Marys 24/7 parcel locker service.
Can I collect outside business hours?
Yes. Once your order is ready and placed in a locker, the collection service is available 24 hours a day.
Can I collect immediately after ordering?
No. Please wait until you receive your ready-for-collection notification containing your locker details and PIN.
How long do I have to collect my order?
Please collect within 48 hours of receiving your ready notification. Contact us if you need additional time.
What happens if my order is too large for a locker?
Our team will contact you and provide alternative collection instructions where required.
Can someone else collect for me?
Yes. You may provide the locker details and PIN to a trusted person you authorise to collect the order.
What if my PIN doesn't work?
Check the collection message carefully and make sure you are using the correct locker and PIN. If you still cannot access your order, contact the Fun Foods Direct team for assistance.
